Sitting down here at my desk . Bored. Reading Da Vinci Code for the past hours...lotsa information are in my brain right now- the sex rituals, the rose, The Grail, Mary Magdalene...blah blah blah*Back from lunch with Avia* I had Mc Wings for lunch again. haha. Kinda guilty cos the chicken wings are oozing out oil when i took every single bite. Guess what! Cecelia is at my desk right now.. talking about the delicious chicken drumsticks from Pizza Hut. Omg! I want the drum sticks!! What else.. i have been answering calls for the past 30 minutes. Non stop. Catching my breathe right now.. -breathe in, breathe out. I'm serious sick of talking on the phone. Pardon me. If u try answering calls for the past 2 and a half week. Horrid. Handling of calls is definitely not an easy task for general info to the unknown crowd reading. If u are thinking, it's easy. Think again. Singaporeans(a minority) which is also kind of a big group of human. Sometimes, you simply cant stand them cos they think so highly of themselves. Thinking that they can do everything they want just cos they have the money. Shit head. Totally brainless. When there's no ticket right? Guess what? They wil scream and complain why are they no seats?! Cos they are stupid enough to book the tickets late- few days before. Despite knowing that there will/ might not be seats available. What else! Other than this, you will get indian or china customers. Wah.. the accents are beyond my understanding. Still, i have to handle them. You will just get so upset with them ah.. cos you really want them to repeat some info- esp. their names! Wah.. kumars, Devi , krishna.. blah blah blah. I dont wanna go on forever. If they are patient- it's cool with me. If not ah.. wah. really wanna bash them up. Stupid la! We are all human serving each other. Just cos, you are calling for services- doesnt mean that you can treat we people like dogs. So, i'm reminding everyone if you are making a phone call to any call centre- Unless the operator/agent is a bitch, please do be kind to us. Dont be nasty like an ass.. just show how ill-bred and un gracious singaporeans are. Like the china people said, Singaoreans are cocky and all. It's true to a certain extent but still need to stress that it's just the moronic minority which creates an ugly impression of us all. All i can say is that serving people is not an easy task. U need tonnes of patienceArgh. The stupid transnasional company that I'm currently working for in TEP, they kept changing the prices for the different destinsatons. Making me confused that results me giving the wrong prices. All thanks to Alfian! He's sweet enough to settle for me without any complaints. He's a gentleman anyway. BOoooo...I'm going nuts. Boredom Meter- EXCEED LIMIT! DANGER!! Great. It's just 3pm!! Another 3 more hours. Oh yeah. Just wanna say that my comp crashed yday night...yeah. Laugh go ahead. I'm getting a new labby anyway. I smelled this burnt smell in my room which i thought was popcorn! Actually i wondered " why is there popcorn smell in my room, is it someone burning offerings?" In the end, it's my comp! Well Well... an excuse for me to get a new one! Whee!
Time to get many new stuff- Labbie, clothing..plus i need to save up for my Thailand trip still. Hmm... Not having any big trouble. I'm a pauper. SMRT still wanna increase the fare! I spent almost $80 on travelling!! Made me a long term pauper. =p Cracking my brain everyway to save up money!!!!!!!
I've refill my food stock!! hehe with sweets and chocolates of cos! YUMMY! I lost a kg over the past 2 weeks. PLEASED. =)
I shall be gone. Wanna go back to my reading so that i can return the book to Val soon. Good Bye!~
